Huaxing Glass has taken the lead in mastering the technology of computer-controlled three-drop material production line for bottles and jars, small-mouth pressure blowing technology, lightweight technology, and so on. Adopting advanced furnace computer auto-control system and automatic product inspection system, material channel electric heating gas heating auto-control technology and hot and cold end spraying technology, we can produce fine high-white, high white, quasi-high-white, plain white, emerald green material, teal and other material colours, and more than 11,000 packages of 8 categories of bottles (food, beverages, flavouring, health care, alcohol, medicine, make-up, and deep-processing printed bottles, etc.).

Enhancing the integrity and seamless integration of the digital factory provides a solid foundation for the move towards intelligent production.
Through the introduction of Siemens' digital advanced equipment and management system, Huaxing Glass has achieved management visualisation, data centralisation, process standardisation, inventory rationalisation, scientific analysis, knowledge base management and full value cycle management in the production chain. It is planned to build up to Industry B.5 level by 2025 and become a lighthouse factory in the industry. In addition, Siemens will also help Huaxing Glass establish the group-level intelligent decision-making system XHQ, kiln simulation system, advanced scheduling APS, enterprise R&D management system and laboratory management system, etc., to further enhance the completeness of the digital factory and the ability of seamless integration, and to lay a solid foundation for the move towards intelligent production.
